2200 BC the pharaohs of the Egyptians organized a new service, this service provided for sending notes on papyrus. We probably don’t need to tell you, but a tremendous amount has changed over the years since then in terms of processing our mail. Changes over the years can be counted on each time the technological possibilities at the time. And so by 2023, we can again make huge strides to process and digitize both incoming and outgoing mail many times smarter.
Artificial intelligence plays a hugely important role in this. From the moment a document is scanned, we can metadata it, index it, route it and/or archive it. All at an unprecedented speed due to scalability of current and future solutions.
