MICROSOFT 365 FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIST

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE JOB ENTAIL

Your duties

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers.

  • You will guide clients in both personal 1-on-1 sessions and more traditional training meetings.

  • You provide in-depth analysis for business issues, whether they are presented by clients or you have identified them yourself.

  • You configure Microsoft 365 so that customers can make optimal use of it.

  • You will strategically consider clients’ use of Microsoft 365 and provide guidance and advice regarding governance.

  • You will act as the connecting link between the client and our developers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

This is what we expect from you

  • An education in IT is nice to have.

  • You are not afraid of close customer contact.

  • You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • With sharp analytical thinking skills, you are able to clearly communicate your ideas to both users and developers.

  • If you already have experience with Microsoft 365, that’s definitely a plus. If not, we’ll make sure you quickly become familiar with the platform.

  • You are driven to always stay up-to-date with the latest developments announced by Microsoft.
