Rizla is world leader in Rolling papers for cigarettes. They have a large production facility in Belgium. In this country they have an estimated market share of 85%.
Every year the sell more than 2,5 milliard cigarette papers.
Customer needs
Rizla needed a system to collect all kind of information about products being returned to the factory.
Solutions
When items are being returned to the factory, some forms are needed to fill in, the products must be indicated and the faults must be described. In order
to increase the ease of use we opted to implement a SharePoint website supported by a few extra features.
