Ventigrate created a windows Sharepoint services solution to manage all documents for small firms and self-employed. This solution provides the ability to scan paperwork (invoices, credit notes, …) and manage them in a Sharepoint environment.
Users can add meta information to these documents, but when these items are scanned, the meta information is taken from the documents.
Using this tool that is based on an ASP model, users can manage all their documents digitally and provide access to their accountants to manage all information.
Users also get alerts when payments need to be done, invoices need to be sent, ...
